Yes, both are required to complete a delivery order. Our driver will validate that the ID presented at your door is valid and matches the name on the order. They will also verify that the payment card matches the order.

Yes, we can deliver to hotels, motels, dorms, and similar locations. However, we cannot deliver to public spaces like parks or restaurants.
Orders must be dropped off at the exact address specified at checkout, and the buyer must be physically present with their matching ID and credit card.
The person who ordered must be available upon delivery. We must ensure that ID is verified before we can give you your order. Due to the regulations we are not able to leave your package unattended.

The legal public possession limit applies to delivery orders, meaning you can order a maximum of 30 grams of dried flower (or its legal equivalent in other product types) per order.
A refund for your online order will take 2-5 business days to appear in your account. If after 5 days you still do now see your refund please contact us. Please ensure to include your order number, date of original purchase, and the date of the refund.
