Not bad. The taste is decent and the concept seems to work. I do find that I have to move the pouch around a bit every so often to loosen up it's contents. I also found that letting a sip of water hit it once in a while really helped the contents dissolve rather than the larger crystals in the pouch getting stuck in the perforations. Other than that, they work so I'm ordering another.

I have never purchased anything from this store that I wanted to return until I bought these. I am on a fast and I figured try these even with nothing in my system to interact with the pouches it was a fail. they have a great taste but that is it. no buzz at all no nothing just 20 ought bucks down the drain. no hard feelings but a no go for this guy in the future. I did not buy the chillows I bought another brand however i feel the results are the same
