I have severe insomina, and I take these about a hour before bedtime and they help so much. I do have to take the whole pack of 4 though and it gets expensive but I cant smoke as I always get anxiety from smoking but these gummies make me feel very relaxed and help me sleep through the night. The only frustrating thing is when stores run out of stock it takes forever for them to re stock. Currently the keewatin location is the only place I can find them now and I have to drive 20 min just to get to that location.

The taste is what I imagine it would be like if you made a bowl of blueberry jello, but instead of water, you used sunlight liquid dishsoap, and a bit of elmers clear school glue. Rubbery, hard to chew, taste is awful. I do not recommend, unless you developed a taste for sunlight lemon liquid dish soap in the old 1900's, having your mouth washed out for swearing. 😅
